Privacy Policy

Effective October 25, 2026 · Applies to the Hokmdoni app (com.hokmdonionline.game) and this website.

Hokmdoni ("we", "us") is an online multiplayer card game. This policy explains what information we collect when you play, why we need it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the choices you have. We collect only what is needed to run an online game: your account, your games and your purchases. We do not show ads, we do not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and we never sell your data.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is the Hokmdoni development team. You can reach us at any time at hokmdoni@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Account	A random account ID and player code; the display name, avatar and short bio you choose.	To create your account, show you to other players and keep your progress.
Google sign-in (optional)	Your Google account ID and email address, received from Google when you choose “Sign in with Google”. We never receive your Google password.	To let you recover the same account on any device.
Device sign-in	A random sign-in key created by the app on your device (stored only as a one-way hash on our servers).	To keep you signed in as a guest without a password.
Gameplay	Games played, moves needed to run a match, scores, wins, rank and league, coins, gems, items you own, missions, trophies, friends, partner and clan membership.	To run matches fairly, keep leaderboards and save your progress.
Table chat	The quick messages, emoji and gifts you send at the table. Chat uses only pre-written phrases — there is no free-text chat.	To deliver them to the other players at your table.
Purchases	The product, order ID, purchase token and time of in-app purchases made through Google Play.	To verify each purchase with Google and credit it once. Payment details are handled entirely by Google; we never see your card or bank information.
Reports & safety	Reports you send or receive (reason, optional note, the match) and any restriction on your account.	To review abuse and cheating and keep the game fair.
Technical	IP address, app version, platform, the store the app was installed from, language and the time you were last online.	To deliver the service, show online status, protect against abuse and support older app versions.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or files, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

3. How we use your information

To provide the game: matchmaking, live matches, private rooms, friends, clans and leaderboards.
To keep your account, progress and purchases safe and available on your devices.
To prevent cheating, fraud and abuse, and to enforce our Terms of Service.
To answer your support requests.

Legal bases (where GDPR or similar laws apply): performance of our contract with you (running the game you signed up for), our legitimate interests (security, fair play and improving stability) and, where required, your consent (for example, choosing Google sign-in).

4. What other players can see

Other players can see your display name, avatar, bio, player code, level, league, rank, trophies, clan and whether you are online, and the quick messages and gifts you send at their table. Your email address, Google ID and IP address are never shown to other players.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the game, under their own privacy and security commitments:

Google — Google sign-in and Google Play billing (purchase verification).
Our hosting provider — servers located in the European Union (Finland) that store and process game data.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our players.

6. Data retention

Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists.
When you delete your account it is erased from our live systems immediately. Copies in our server backups, which are kept only for disaster recovery, are overwritten within 60 days.
Purchase records needed for accounting and fraud prevention may be kept in anonymized form, no longer linked to you.
Server logs containing IP addresses are kept for a short period for security and then deleted.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time:

In the app: Profile → Account settings → Delete account.
On the web: hokmdouni.site/delete-account (sign in with Google to confirm).
By email: write to hokmdoni@gmail.com from the email of your Google account; we delete it within 7 days.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can change your display name, avatar and bio in the app, and delete your account as described above. For anything else, email hokmdoni@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Sign-in keys are stored only as one-way hashes, access to servers is restricted, and purchases are verified with Google before anything is credited. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

10. Children

Hokmdoni is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and in some regions the game is rated for adults because it contains simulated gambling with virtual currency. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

Our servers are in the European Union. If you play from another country, your data is transferred to and processed in the EU, which offers a high level of data protection.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the game changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
